Muscle Ups

and

Squat Snatch (135 lbs for men and 95lbs for women)

Muscle up must be done with a full turnout at the bottom, that is thumb must point forward.  This will force athletes to release their false grip between each muscle up.  The snatch must be a “squat snatch” not a power snatch combined with an overhead squat.

There will be a 12 minute cap on the workout but athletes who do not complete the workout will not be disqualified.  Those who do not finish will be ranked based on the amount of work completed.

Regional winners and past champions all go head to head in the fourth heat.
