Nom Nom Paleo

What’s this? A delicious looking paleo cooking site I’ve never heard of? One with outstanding food photos? And funny/awesome t-shirts? I’m sold.

I came across Nom Nom Paleo while googling for a recipe. (I was looking for slow cooker chicken cacciatore if you must know). While the recipe looked excellent and straightforward it was this “Slow Cooker Korean Short Ribs” which convinced me to subscribe to the site. They look easy and delicious. (click here or the pic to go to the recipe.)

Oh, and the t-shirt? I think Amy needs a reward for her next PR…

  1. Make a small thin omelet and slice into thin strips.
It is full of flavor and spices and will be a big hit at
any dinner or summertime event. In a smaller bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt and
    baking soda.
