Paleo Tip: How To Tell If An Avocado Is Good

A good avocado is awesome. A bad avocado is, well, bad. And it really sucks to split one open and find a discolored brown mess inside. Turns out you can determine if an avocado is ripe by popping of that little nub of a stem and checking the color underneath. I came up with this little rhyme to help you remember.

If it’s brown put it down.
If it’s green there will be dishes to clean.
