Diane Fu’s three requirements for a top tier snatch

Oly lifting coach Diane Fu broke down the three requirements for receiving a snatch in the optimal position.

1. A squat width that allows for good depth. The deepest of squats.

2. This width should also accommodate an upright torso that carries a slight forward inclination.

3. Good knee to ankle alignment providing optimal stabilization mechanics.
