    Overview FuncThat.com is the unofficial guide to CrossFit and functional training.  This site is a collection of training tips and articles which are of interest to new and experienced CrossFitters.  Take a look around and feel free to leave a comment or send an email if you have some input on what you see here! About the Editor (aka Ed.) The bottom line is I’m just an average thirty-something guy/dad without enough time to make it into the gym anymore. Lucky for me I’m one of those skinny twerpy types who doesn’t have to worry much about what I eat and never seems to put on much weight so replacing my gym membership with a 30 minute run every few weeks was fine for me. This worked great for awhile until my once a year rock climbing trip with my little brother (“little” in age only, the punk is a good six inches taller than me) rolled around. On the second day of the trip, we started the hour long hike to the climbing area, with packs loaded with gear.
